I like working here. We have an academic setting which has pros and cons. We want to make sure that everyone is well taken care of and has their concerns addressed. As an attending (AKA supervisor or preceptor) I want to make sure that we're training residents to be physicians that we'd trust.
For those unfamiliar with residency and medical training, the general pathway is that an interested student would apply to medical school and complete it. I see Dr. Rothenberg annually and she's literally the BEST!! She has been my primary for years!! She's always so gentle, down to earth,, caring and just easy to talk to about any of my concerns. She listens and encourages me to make the best decisions. I truly love being under her care.
Dr. Smeenge is very thorough, knowledgeable and discusses your health status in easy to understand words. He also gives you plenty of time to discuss any concerns you may have.Tammi (Nurse) was very friendly and professional in taking vitals, administering vaccines and drawing blood.The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful.All staffing appeared to enjoy there jobs.
