Absolutely the worst experience ever .Never again deal with Taylor Freezer. It all started when I decided to purchase a refurbished machine from Taylor Freezer.I contacted my salesman, John and he send me the specs and the image of the machine that I was supposed to be getting for $18,000.The machine was delivered to my store and from day one it was leaking syrup in the tray and going through bottles of CO2 like crazy.For service calls later, they decided the machine was no good and they were going to replace it even though I did not want the machine anymore because it was a lemon.I spoke to my salesman to refund the money for the machine and he contacted the owner of...read full review

Mark fixed our soft ice cream machine at Mayfield Ice Cream Parlour. He is a valuable asset to the company. He is quick to solve the problem and he is knowledgeable about his business. Taylor Freezer needs to acknowledge Marks's talent!

We cannot say enough Nice things about Joe! He has been a tremendous help for to us since we opened back in 2017. He is very patient hard-working and HONEST. We’ve purchased a few ice cream machines through the recommendation of Joe And could not be happier with the product. I highly recommend you give Joe a chance. We are glad we did.
