Tailwaggers helped me out in a pinch with my dog needing some boosters when our vet was booked out. Staff was super welcoming and understanding! One even gave me a free car cup holster cover with my dog's breed on it!
I also witnessed a customer in front of me get help with a rescue cat and it was very heartwarming.
