The establishment is known for its friendly and skilled staff, who take great care in ensuring customers, including children, receive beautiful and well-crafted haircuts. While the prices may be a bit higher than some chain salons, the quality of the haircuts and the personalized attention make it well worth the visit. I was looking for a haircut for my 6 and 10 year old boys this morning but noticed pretty much every other establishment didn't open til 9 and I needed the haircuts done by 9. I saw Spartans Place was already open so I took my boys in. Two friendly gentlemen sat them right away and started working on them. All these years of going to the chain haircut places with high turnover rates and less than satisfactory haircuts.... WHY?!?! I only wish I discovered this place years ago. The place is nice and quiet and the gentlemen just let their hands do the talking. They were kind and gentle with my children and they have NEVER gotten such a beautiful haircut with so much care put in. These men have skills and they take pride in their work. I hope I don't have to go anywhere else ever again!! Also, I didn't know it was cash only and I had just enough to cover the haircuts. I apologized for not being able to tip today and they both just smiled and said don't even worry about it. Rest assured I will double their tip on our next visit.
This place showed kindness to my friend who is battling cancer. The empathy and kindness you showed does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend a place who cares about its customers. And his buzz cut looks great. Thank you!
If you need a good haircut and want to visit a locally owned place, this is the one you want to go to. Very friendly guys, quick service, and they are true professionals. Great with kids and older men, too!
