I had bees swarming in the corner of my home. Jon came out and explained the process, the two products he’d be spraying and how long it would take to see results. He answered all my questions and was very courteous. When I called Solidified they had someone out here the next day. I didn’t get the person’s name that scheduled my service but he was so nice and understanding! Great service that you don’t always see these days.
Jon, came out and sprayed for carpenter ants. He was polite and well informed. He explained in detail what to expect and how the treatment works. Also, I was contacted when he was on the way.
Was so thankful that we found a company to come out and take care of a Racoon issue. They sent Jon out the same day and he educated us on the process. Unfortunately we could not trap the Momma which made retrieving the babies a challenge. It took two trips but we were victorious. I appreciate how professional Jon was and how respectful he was with the three baby racoons he pulled from between our walls. I would highly recommend this company based on the service we received.
