Not perfect but good enough!!
Efficient and usually on time
I hired Molly Maid on September 15, 2022, when I was overwhelmed by caregiving. They’ve been my cleaners biweekly ever since. I do mean they, because the teams change regularly. So, every cleaning is slightly different. I tend to be a perfectionist (thanks, Mom and Dad?), so I’ve had to lower my standards a bit at times, but its such a good feeling to have the whole house clean at once. What I have learned is that customer feedback is important, so occasionally, if something really bothers me, I let the office know. I never disparage the cleaners. They work hard, and sometimes have a difficult schedule. I always include tips with my payments. If there is a problem, I encourage management to fine tune their training, and I give credit when it is due. You can do this with a phone call or a text. Management has been easy to work with, when I’ve needed to permanently change my cleaning day, or just change it for one cleaning. I haven’t used another service, so I can’t compare. But Molly Maid has been reliable, the cleaners are friendly and pleasant, and willing to take suggestions from time to time. I recommend that you try them, and see if you agree.
