I’ve been going to this place for many, many years. The women here are always friendly and incredible at what they do - they’re always so thorough and pay amazing attention to detail. I always leave feeling great about my eyebrows :) I cannot recommend enough!

I've been here several times. The lady does a great job so I will continue to have my eyebrows threaded here. Once I arrived at 11am, but they were not open. I waited about 20 minutes before going to the business across from them to have my eyebrows waxed. Other than not opening on time that day, I have no other complaints.

I went into the Livonia location with grown out, full eyebrows. I was just looking for a clean up but left with very thin weirdly shaped brows. Now I have to start the regrowth process all over again and find somewhere new to take care of me. This was not my first visit but most likely my last :(
