“I think all the staff there was very nice and helpful especially the manager who went out of his way to help me with a situation with my quartz countertops in my kitchen. I am always very careful taking care of them but after about 6 months I noticed stains on both sides of my sink. I called the office may times to ask about them after trying many things nothing worked. The manager was nice enough to come to my house and nothing he tried worked either. I spoke to someone in the Ohio office because I felt they was a defect in the material and he said no. So, I am not a happy customer regarding this situation. I paid a lot of money for and this happened. So, for that reason I am extremely unhappy!”

“We just completed a whole home remodel with Cowdin, and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. From the very beginning they stood out from the pack. We have a 1973 colonial that had the traditional family room, kitchen, dining room and living room. I had a vision to knock out the wall between the kitchen and the dining room and take space from the front room for a beverage nook.<br><br>I interviewed 4 companies. Two of them told me I was wrong and did not want to do that. One said it could not be done. Phil from Cowdin told me that it was a great idea, and they would just need to add a beam for support.
