“Kevin's team installed a glass shower enclosure with 26" door back in 2009 during our basement remodel, and it has served our family of 4 very well into 2024. I called Kevin in Dec 2024 (15 years later) seeking a clear vinyl diverter for our 26" glass door, as the original being 15 years old met its end of life. Kevin promptly provided me with a replacement and at no charge. That is customer service!!“
