If you want to be treated rudely for basic lab work, go here. Both receptionists and the lab tech need a career change and some antidepressants. Not sure why it's hard to do your job with basic kindness.

Laurie/ whatever her name is, the receptionist at my OB is absolutely rude as hell. Called multiple times about my prescription she told me multiple times they filled my script on the 7th and sent it to my pharmacy but my appt wasn't even until the 10th so NO SCRIPT could be written. She was demeaning via the phone and SHE was the one in the wrong. Get a new receptionist

Be sure to add the time you are checking in or expect to be called out. The check in window is so full of notes you can only tell if someone is there because of their shadow. Not a clean place which may be why you can get in and out in less than an hour. Expect bruising if you give blood for a few days and minimal conversation from the staff...unless you didn't put the check in time.
