Don is an absolute legend. I genuinely don't know how to articulate how much I appreciate the work he's done for me. He knows what he's doing, tells you the straight truth about his industry, and does what he says he's going to do. I almost never leave reviews, especially for contractors; Don is the exception.
I've had carpenter bees in my soffits, carpenter ants in my living room, and springtails in my kitchen. Each time he's come out he's had a rational approach to the problem and stands by his work when he leaves.
I no longer fear bugs; I fear the day Don retires.

He was extremely knowledgeable of my problem and described my situation. He took care of the problem right away and guaranteed his work. He was a very warm and trusting person. Even patched the crevice between the brick. Haven’t seen any bees since he exterminated.
