The product is safe for pets and kids and I love that! It also refreshes my carpet to make it look brand new again. Devon, our tech, he's the best! Greener Method is my #1 choice hands down!
We unfortunately had a leak in our attic and the water traveled down to 2 full rooms and drenched them both! We called Joel and he got back with us immediately and came out right away and cleaned up everything for us! All the water, gone, all the damaged drywall, carpet, etc they took care of it! Him & his workers were knowledgeable, quick yet efficient and knowledgeable. My insurance was a PAIN but the owner Joel helped us push & got it handled! I would definitely recommend Joel & Greener Method if you find yourself with water damage or have carpet cleaning needs!
Everything came out looking great. It has been years since we had the carpets cleaned due to having cats. The basement carpet and stairs look like new. Our other carpets and family room furniture are sparkling clean. The tech, Devin, was courteous and efficient, gave attention to detail, and cleaned up as if he was never here. I would definitely recommend Greener Method and we will use them for our next cleaning.
