I purchased a Groupon for this salon and phoned to make an appointment for a cut and condition. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude, I asked for an evening or Sat appointment, she offered me a 5pm appointment a few weeks out, after I agreed to it she promptly came back and told me the stylist wasn't available. She made this impossible to book and had such a nasty tone of voice and attitude so I eventually told her to forget it. I went on to the Groupon site and got a a Groupon credit and booked an appointment elsewhere at another salon. She made this impossible to book so I eventually told her to forget it. I got a a Groupon credit and booked an appointment elsewhere. I was looking for a new salon that this would have been an opportunity for me to try their services and potentially be a life long customer. I really hate to give them a low rating however, their customer service was beyond rude. I took my hard earned money elsewhere.
