First and for most. the professionalism exhibited by Brooke made my visit that much more comfortable. Very clean and orderly. And everything was explained to me up front before my piercings were done.
Don’t normally write reviews but had to give a huge shoutout to this place and Alex my piercer specifically!! I’ve truly never had such a pleasant experience at a tattoo/piercing shop, so warm, welcoming, and transparent service every time I’ve been here. 10/10 customer service that makes me want to always come back. Alex replaced my nose ring today that fell out free of charge and I was in and out within minutes. Cannot recommend this place enough if you live in the area! Super cool and kind people here
We had the BEST experience for a belly button piercing today! Both ladies were kind and engaging from the second we walked through the door and Brooke is absolutely a true professional. Made sure we understood everything and explained everything and took the time to make sure everything was going to be perfect. Afterwards when my daughter almost passed out (first timer here haha)she stayed in the room to talk her through it give her water and glucose and explained it was normal and made what could have been a panic moment into a fond memory. Thank you SO MUCH we couldn’t have asked for better!
