Billy’s Roofing was not only the lowest quote out 3 companies we contacted, but they were super friendly, and delivered quality service. They were in and out in less than 4 hours which was amazing as well! I highly recommend them if you are needing a new roof!

Billy's gets my highest recommendation. I started with an inquiry on the website and their office reached out right away to get some basic information. I was quickly put in touch with Josh Canada to come out to review my concerns with missing roof shingles and assess our overall roof. Initally we were inquiring to see if the damage could be repaired, or if there were bigger problems. Josh quickly went up on the roof and took photos of the missing shingles, but also of the other areas of concern. He provided an estimate to fix the problems, as well as a quote for a new roof with multiple options. He included photos of all of spots he was worried about and discussed those with us, as well as provided them in email with a formal quote. He spoke from a position of experience doing roofing himself and at no point did I feel pressured. We got a few other estimates, and they were substantially higher (50% in one well known roofer's case). I was also disappointed with the other estimates because the people coming out seemed to be salespeople without any experience in roofing and seemed like a lot of hard sell without providing any of the details. The contrast between them and Billy's couldn't be starker. Josh and Billy's were heads and shoulders above the rest in service, as well as price. When it came time for the installation, Nick was the foreman and was an outstanding communicator. It was unbelievable how quickly their team worked. At one point I counted nearly 24 people working on the roof. They found a number of additional areas where we had water leaks and damaged boards. All of these were replaced. In fact, they went out of their way to get the special bead-board plywood we had in our eves so that it matched and even did a basic coat of paint to those. The entire house was done in one day with photos as they went along. They did the garage the next day. They did a great job cleaning up and protecting our landscaping. Their care and attention as second to none. There were a few minor punch list items including reinstalling diverters for our gutters as well as repairing a small crack in the concrete in the alley. Kyle and team helped supervisor those and all were done professionally and quickly. Billy's gets my highest recommendation. If you are looking for a great contractor, give Billy's a call.

Had a great experience with Billy’s Roofing. I felt like we would be in good hands as soon as I met Josh. With an older home 110 yrs old, I knew there would be quirky issues to deal with but Josh made it all straight forward, and knew what we were working with right away. The team did a great job and they got it done in a timely manner. Our satisfaction was their top priority and we have a great looking new roof on our home!
