Visit was easy to schedule on line. Was greeted when I entered. Visit was quick but thorough. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility.
Professional office staff at check in. Physician listened and cared. Offered an Rx onsite as it was late and my pharmacy was closed. Beaumont Urgent Care offices are not the same across the board. The one on Haggerty is great. Thank you ?
I developed a bad cough to the point where I couldn’t sleep. I went to this Urgent Care at my wife’s insistence. She normally serves as my ears because I am almost deaf but was unable to come with me.The staff were all very understanding and did their best to ensure I was treated quickly so they could determine what treatment I needed.I am delighted to say that I slept well last night and I’m getting better. Thank you!
