I called back in February 2023 originally. Was told by Steve that he was busy but would be in touch. 2 more calls and left messages in March and April. Still nothing. As a retired general contractor this is not acceptable. A service rep and owner owes the client communication. Afterall ," How long does it take to make a call. Apparently with him a long time.

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

Called for a service up date in my home

1. I talked with Steve he set up a day an time to stop by my house an check out the situation
He was a no call no show

2. Called the office to find out what was going on maybe he got busy an for got to check his scheduling i talked to another guy at the office he said he would have steve call me
NEVER CALLED

3. I called again spoke to the same guy that was at the office he said that he told Steve to call me
Never called

Not good for bussiness
