Winslow Heating & Cooling provides great and awesome service. During a heatwave when other companies were booked for a week, the owner assured a same-day visit and technicians arrived in the evening to fix an air conditioner quickly. They are very knowledgeable and had the exact part needed on the truck. The technicians fixed the unit in no time, replacing a minor part and performing requested service like charging the system. The owner followed up the next day to check on the repair. While their scheduling and communication methods need some work, they do the right thing and get the job done. The overall experience with this company was great. Customers are very happy and will definitely call them again, recommending Winslow Heating & Cooling to anyone that needs service for installation or repair.
I was very happy with Winslow’s. The heatwave that started on June 22nd my air conditioning just completely stopped working during late afternoon. Our house got very hot very quickly. With our air conditioner being over 24 years old I thought for sure it was done with. First thing Monday morning I was on the phone calling around looking for a place that could come over to check it out. I called and called 5 different places and they were all booked up with the earliest available appointment was at least a week or longer. Called Winslow to come out and service my air conditioner. They came out right away and fixed my air conditioner in no time at all. Will call this company again! The technicians were awesome and the overall experience with this company was great. Definitely will recommend Winslow Heating & Cooling to anyone that needs service.
