Love it here, everyone is welcoming and comfortable. The owner is awesome and very involved in the gym. He’s always on top of updates or bringing in new equipment, making the gym even better . Highly recommend

Tino and his staff are awesome gym is very clean plenty of weights and stuff to put in the work if you need help or don't know ask there friendly this gym is the best iron gym in Wayne County due to certain health issues I can go right now but soon as I can I am going to R.T.B

Came in from TX to visit family Downriver and needed a gym to drop in and get after some workouts. They gave me a 1-week visitor pass on the house.Staff is nice, they have a ton of weights, and the music doesn't suck if your headphones go out. If I stay out that way again when I visit I'll go back.
