Sometimes it's difficult to get a business up and going - or life throws some grief your way. I don't know. My experience is so different from the other reviews it's baffling. He's also reasonably priced and has discounts for seniors. additionally, he's a nice man. Ed is always there when he says he'll be or if something comes up (rarely) he gives me plenty of notice.
