For the record, Robert is no longer a Nail Tech at Glam Hair & Nail salon. I'm the CEO of the company. I want to extend my apologizes to those who were disappointed by Robert. Again, He is no longer at the salon and will definitely not be returning. Glam is a professional, friendly and clean salon, it's unfortunate that one bad apple led to 2 negative reviews. I'm here every other week and my stylist is Whitney!!! If she moved to Ohio, I'd drive to Ohio to get my hair needs met!!! All the ladies at this salon are super nice and a boat load of fun! Joy, laughter, love,...these are the feelings you'll experience every time!
