I had a scheduled estimate for 9/10 around 5:30/6:00pm. They did not show up. I did not receive a phone call why they weren’t coming or even a return call when I called at 6:20 pm that night. They kept asking during scheduling what was my budget. If they were busy then call. I don’t want to hear how great a company they are when they can’t even show up for an estimate.
