DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE…BUYER BEWARE!!! This guy is a joke. We purchased an overpriced Gem cart from him June 2024 and within a few months it stopped working. We called him and he came once to take a look at it. He pointed out a few things we should do including servicing each of the 6 batteries. “Shouldn’t you have done all these things before you sold it?” I asked and his reply was basically YOU BOUGHT IT, GOOD LUCK!

Idk where else you can get your golf cart serviced, but I have found no reason to try. Jeff and Curtis are great to work with and I feel confident with their service.

I called on Tuesday, picked up non working cart on Friday and returned it to me on Sunday. Fixed wiring contacts, wheel bearing and provided me with tips on keeping it charged and running. All for a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about Custom Carts!
