I could never get in touch with him. He never returned phone calls. When he finally returned my golf cart which he was supposedly fixing, he charged me a great deal of money for nothing. He returned it broken. He did nothing.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE…BUYER BEWARE!!! This guy is a joke. We purchased an overpriced Gem cart from him June 2024 and within a few months it stopped working. We called him and he came once to take a look at it. He pointed out a few things we should do including servicing each of the 6 batteries. “Shouldn’t you have done all these things before you sold it?” I asked and his reply was basically YOU BOUGHT IT, GOOD LUCK!

I called on Tuesday, picked up non working cart on Friday and returned it to me on Sunday. Fixed wiring contacts, wheel bearing and provided me with tips on keeping it charged and running. All for a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about Custom Carts!
