For the 2nd time in 3 years my 22 year old furnace needed emergency service on a winter weekend of course, and while we were snow-birding in Florida both times. I needed them in a jiffy cuz I was not going to be in town longer than a day & my furnace would not kick on. Jim came & took care of the problem (a ingnighter switch problem). He was kind & patient. I'd call him again....but hope I don't have to!
