We can't thank 1st Class Appliance, Inc. enough for the incredible service they've provided to our family over the years. When we bought our home in 2021, it seemed like every appliance started having issues right away; the microwave kept running with the door open, the dryer sounded like rocks were inside, and the fridge/freezer wasn’t staying cold consistently. Luckily, my parents always trusted 1st Class Appliance for repairs, so we knew exactly who to call.

Great customer service, reliable and dependable. Fixed my dryer the day they came out and needed a part to prevent belt damage, ordered and was back in 2 days with part. Didn’t want payment until job was completely done. I would highly recommend ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ 1st Class Appliance, Inc.

Professional, courteous and efficient. Found First Class through local recommendations and would definitely recommend. Called on a Wednesday, had an assessment Thursday and the ordered part came in on Friday. Great communication. I hope I don’t need additional services soon, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call.
