We can't thank 1st Class Appliance, Inc. enough for the incredible service they've provided to our family over the years. When we bought our home in 2021, it seemed like every appliance started having issues right away; the microwave kept running with the door open, the dryer sounded like rocks were inside, and the fridge/freezer wasn’t staying cold consistently. Luckily, my parents always trusted 1st Class Appliance for repairs, so we knew exactly who to call. To this day, every one of the appliances they serviced in 2021 is still working perfectly. Recently, we had trouble with our washing machine actuator. We have been incredibly busy, so we’ve been hauling laundry to family events, washing loads here and there. Finally, we had the time to reach out, and 1st Class Appliance was able to come out the very next day! Our washer (just like all of the other appliances they have fixed for us) works like new again, and it cost us just a fraction of what it would have to replace it. I’m so grateful for their help in keeping our budget intact! Thank you, 1st Class Appliance, for everything you do!
They came out within a few hours of me calling about a broken washing machine. They fixed it quickly and I felt like it was a reasonable price. Would recommend!
