Greg was so kind in listening to my issues with my freeze dryer. Where all the other companies in the area would not even consider coming out and looking at it, I sent over the specs and he sent the most courteous and positive young man who got right on the job,, talked to me as he went, and said he had no problem addressing the coolant issue. This company is simply amazing. Not sure about how much the bill will be, but if you used your freeze dryer as much as I do, and relied on it, you would be so happy just to have a company worth contacting as Advanced is. Super nice folks! Phil at Advanced Mechanical Services helped us understand a warranty associated with a furnace that Advanced Mechanical Services installed at a house we recently purchased. Although Advanced Mechanical Services did not perform the work for us (they performed it for the previous owners of our property) given that we purchased the home after they installed the furnace, they verified the work and helped us save on our insurance in doing so.
