Had to have an old central chimney torn down below the roofline and the roof replaced over that opening. Mark worked with us to schedule it after our new water heater was installed so we didn't need the vent anymore, working also around the lovely early Spring Michigan weather.
Workers were quick and professional and cleaned up after. New roof area matches our old roof and withstood the high winds and thunderstorms the next day.
Rate was very reasonable. Glad to have been able to find a local experienced company that knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

I called for a Quote and was amazed by the pricing. He was able to come out accross town and deal with my tight schedule. Ran circuits, and cleaned up my panel. Instructor was calm and, most importantly, very clear with his directions. We had a bad experience with another testing site and Semi Academy was the better choice in many ways - instructor who gives clear instructions and asks if you have questions, and an actual office where you can talk to people in person.
