The rep was so rude and ill informed, she didn't even know the difference between HMO and PPO. She talked over me, she was yelling from the time she answered the phone. She never got to what I calling about, but told me I couldn't afford it.

Was given this company to do at home health care from the hospital. They took 3 days to come after being home and never was seen my PT. Had to fire them and find my own help because of the lack of care. Do not use this company save yourself the trouble. Honestly disappointed I would of been given such a bad company from the hospital.

This is THE WORST home health care place. The owner is rude disrespectful unprofessional has a smart mouth nasty attitude. She has no common sense and no knowledge of ANYTHING. Do not trust these people with even your cat. They take forever to visit and get request done. They take forever to get people consistenly to check on your family. Money hungry and overlook medical issues on your love one and always in a rush. Company needs to be shut down
