I am very pleased with the Megahn and Dr. Harris at Walmart Opitcal in Lapeer. Both very kind and caring.Had been having issues with my eyes. Dr Harris identified my problems with double vision. Recommended prism lenses. Had my new glasses within 4 days. How awesome to be able to see clearly. Thank you.
I’m not sure if anyone reads these reviews but I would like to go out of my way to commend Dr.Harris on his professionalism and understanding. I have not been to an optician for about 6 years for an exam, so I had forgotten what to expect. I got extremely nervous and started panicking once it was time to dilate my eyes. Dr.Harris never made me feel concerned or embarrassed of how I reacted, and allowed me to lay down and gather myself. He wouldn’t continue the exam until I fully assured him that I was feeling better and more comfortable. This is the second time my daughter has had an issue with her glasses breaking, both times the staff didn't even hesitate to do what needed to be done to get her taken care of! Thank you Megan for saving the day!!
