I got highlights for the first time ever at the age if 36. I am totally in love. Ryan is amazing and did my hair exactly like the photo I showed him. Plus helped me pick the products to help me keep it. He is now going to be my #1 for anyone to touch my hair.

Sam is a GODSEND! I was looking at skin care products, based off "recommendations". I had a $50 gift card and was expecting to spend at least $75 more. Sam asked me a couple questions and showed me products, explained why they are good, what they do, and saved me a ton of money. I only spent $6 after my gift card and have a whole skin care routine. Will ONLY go to this Ulta and completely trust Sam with any other needs I have! Give that woman a raise!

absolutely wonderful like actually. i love this place. the prices are so good and the people are legit so nice. theres this one dude, they have pink highlights and really defined black eyebrows with like the rest of their hair black, please for the love of god give them a raise or applaud them because they were SO NICE and helpful and they were just so cool too, they were the nicest person i have ever met and they really helped with like everything honestly, i asked where the carts were and they just like helped so much i dont know how to put it just give them more money idk
