The facility is clean and friendly. Kelly makes eyebrows perfect every time and is truly talented. She performed a miracle on brows and is amazing. Kayla is personable and fun, with work that speaks for itself. The lip blushing procedure with Kelly is painless, with numbing cream offered repeatedly. Kelly is a perfectionist who took her time, and the end result was amazing. Noelle did permanent eyeliner that was also painless, with natural looking results that make eyes pop.
