Trent did a nice job sealing areas around my home. From what I can see it was done cleanly and neatly. He mentioned that I did not have large gaps or holes and some areas he inspected actually looked great. He also mentioned that he did not see any active chewing or damage or signs of mice that could be readily detectable but also mentioned that you don't normally see signs outside due to whether and such "washing" away any of these signs. I like the peace of mind that areas that needed to be sealed are hopefully sealed now. Trent was professional and pleasant during his time here. Hoping any critters that I MAY have are deterred from staying here.

Really great service! I was getting ready for work when I noticed a bat in my living room hanging from my light strip. I called them as soon as they opened and they sent someone out in about 20 minutes! Super fast, I was afraid I would have to wait and miss work. But I was surprised when she told me he would be right over! He came out and caught the bat easily. I'm super thankful! Thank you Trent and my bat guy for the help this morning!!

Today the exclusion process started. Both technicians, Frank and Trent, were professional. They let me know they were here and checked with me before departure, answering all of my questions.
