Called at 3pm on Sunday 7/6/25, by 4:30 Andrew was here. Diagnosed the problem, he did a temporary fix until new part arrives. AC is back up and running by 5pm. Extremely happy with the response time and Andrew explained everything thoroughly. 5 stars for Andrew and Kapala Heating & Cooling
Just had our water heater and furnace replaced by Kapala. Price was fair, if an expense of this size can ever be considered OK, work was done well, and they responded quickly. We definitely recommend them.
Tony came out to quote for a new air conditioner and really listened to my concerns about just replacing the air conditioner compressor and air handler as I never felt comfortable even when I would set the a/c to 60. We decided on a complete redesign of the system, new larger ducts, more ducts, and more returns. While it did cost more than just replacing the existing unit it was still much less than other companies quoted. Tony even came out the 1st day with the installers to do a quick run through with us to ensure we all understood the scope and end goal of the project. The installers kept me informed of possible choices or reasons for decisions they made. I'm very happy with the results. During the day I am able to set the a/c several degrees higher than with the old system and I am more comfortable. I highly recommend Kapala.
