Knowledge crew, worked quickly and did exactly what I wanted and offered suggestions. They made certain all was cleaned up satisfactorily. The price was reasonable as well.
Had been considering tree removal and just happened upon the mailer offering 20% off. I made an appointment to which Rock quickly responded with a quote. It was to take a 65' to 70' Black Cherry Tree down as well as a small dead tree and to trim and shape a couple of others. Rock was very polite and courteous as he explained the process. He came up with a figure that fell well within my financial range. He left me a copy of the quote and said he would be here the following week when the crew showed up. The original date had to be changed due to the possibility of severe weather. I was promptly notified of that by Deborah of their office staff. It was rescheduled for the next day during early afternoon. The crew of 5 showed up on time. Brandon led the crew of Josh, Jesse, Angel, Hanson and Troy. After a quick check in they got right to work. It was very evident each knew their job and got right to it. Upon preparing to trim a pear tree Brandon reached out to me and said the tree had split and the trunk was rotting away which heightened the chance the next windstorm would bring it down. He left it up to me after quoting a very reasonable price to remove it. It was a no brainer though the tree had provided years of beauty to the front yard. All said and done within 2 1/2 -3 hours to include an immaculate clean up of the work areas. These professionals were not only hard workers they were polite and responsive to any question asked of them. I have to add it was amazing watching them take down the huge tree with ease, using ropes. I don't know what is left to be said other than I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking tree services and without a doubt I will be reaching out to them in the future if the need arises.
