Check in and check out was very easy and the receptionist was pleasant, friendly, and great at her job. The medical assistant that took me back was very nice, knowledgeable. she answered all my questions above and beyond what I expected. I will return as needed. I recommend Dr. Sotzen and his staff. “Finally, quality medicine the way it used to be. I went there for a cancer screening. It was my first visit. It’s crucial that these be done thoroughly because of my family history. I’ve had many bad experiences over the years at different places. Dr. Roland came in and introduced himself. He wasn’t rushed or anxious. The procedure was carefully explained to me by the nurse before he came in. He did the most thorough, professional, complete screening I have ever had. And he found two minor skin irritations, to which he informed me there were medications that could help those if I ever wanted them, just let him know. He didn’t try to push a bunch of product or prescriptions on me. This is what it’s supposed to be like. The staff was very friendly. The office was beautiful, with a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend.“
