First, let me start by saying the staff is beyond exceptional!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to understand medical terms. The only downfall is, I have to drive an hour and 28 minutes, But it is definitely worth every mile. Even my child said he likes the staff and how gentle they were. He knew exaclty what she was explaining and understood all directions. We will definitely recommend to others.
Bonus: we enjoyed watching peanuts on the T.V screen
We had such a good experience at this orthopedic office! Everyone was super kind and patient, and they really took the time to listen and answer all of my son’s questions.
Dr. Frye was great! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way we could actually understand. She even used a model to show us what was going on, which was really helpful.
The office is also really kid-friendly. They have fun wall toys in the waiting area, and the bouncy ball machine at the end was a huge hit!
We had a wonderful experience! Dr. Frye spent time explaining everything to my Daughter and I. She provided several options to help improve her posture that my Daughter felt she could focus on at home. We feel we received the best care possible!
