Dr. Frye and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! She does so well with children, explaining things and helping them understand the importance of whatever they need to do to help their medical situation. We have absolutely loved being part of her practice.
While we were unnecessarily referred here, they made the experience a positive one. They sent required forms early and sent reminders as the date got close. Once there check-in was very simple. They had a play area available just off the main seating location. Wait time was short, and the entire building was clean and bright. They were quick to pull charts, get x-rays, and have them available. The tv in the room was good to distract potentially anxious children, which they turned off when it was time to listen/discuss. Dr. Frye and her staff are amazing! Our pediatrician put in a referral and they got us scheduled the same day! From the phone calls to coordinate, to our time in the office everyone was so warm, kind, and welcoming. They all truly made such a difference when it came to an otherwise stressful and uncomfortable time. Dr. Frye took time and care to explain my daughter’s injury, on a level even my 9 year old could understand. Then she walked us through treatment and what to expect in the coming weeks. They were also very transparent with cost and what we can expect based on our insurance. Thank you to everyone at Rise and Shine for making today such a positive experience.
