My son and I went to the Michigan Works in Lanse,Mi today. I wasn't quiet sure how it would go because my personal experience there in 2023 wasn't very good. I have to admit I was glad I brought my son there ( he has a slight learning disability) Vanessa Pacheco was AMAZING! Very helpful, patient , nice. My son and I left very happy. So, whoever is her boss she deserves some recognition and a raise!
