I had three 40-year-old faucets that all developed leaks about the same time. I called Oberlin, left a message and Shaun called me back.Since the faucets were so old, Shaun recommended I consider new faucets as opposed to repairing the existing ones. Oberlin does not sell new faucets so I didn't schedule the repair until we had the replacements.Once I had the replacements and notified Shaun, he got back to me and came over the next day. The shut-offs for two of the faucets needed to be replaced.He and his assistant got all the work done quickly and for a fair price. Based on Social Media recommendations, we contacted Oberlin plumbing for some bathroom plumbing needs in the Canadian Lakes area.First contact went to voicemail, but Shawn returned the call within the hour. Explained our situation to Shawn, and he ordered what we needed immediately based on the phone conversation.Once the parts came in about a week later, he called and set up a time frame for the guys to come out that day.Josh and Tim arrived right on time and completed the work in less than an hour. Shawn got back to me in less than 2 hours and was able to come out the next day - on a SUNDAY no less - to help us out. Prompt response, quality service, priced right; we will definitely be using them again.
