Will be coming back here for all my oil changes. Professional, prompt, and friendly. Even gave me a cold water bottle while I was waiting! Also,, I didn't catch his name, but the manager is wonderful. He came up to my window to greet me personally, shook my hand, asked about my holidays and family, and sent me on my way smiling. (3:00pm 1.16.2024)
One of the few places open on new year eve. I live in the thumb and have an import. Luckily I was able to get my oil change on my trip to the city for New Year’s Eve. As it was due and had about 100 miles left on the oil
I highly recommend Lake Orion Oil Change!! I am very pleased with the customer service, every one one was so polite and attentive. And, the pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.
