“I added a 325SF addition to my home, using an existing bedroom for 1st floor laundry, closets and part of my new bathroom. The rest of my project was a full master suite over a crawlspace. My experience was positive from my first contact with Ashley and Kal. Kal listened to my wish list, made a few suggestions and then worked with the architect to come up with an amazing design for my addition. Kal did a great job explaining how this entire process works and stayed in communication with me. Ashley was also very helpful in this process and is very responsive. My dream team (Dion, Bud and Nolan) showed up on time, cleaned up every day, communicated with me when questions arose and kept me informed if the schedule was going to change. Every single subcontractor that worked on my project had the same outstanding work ethic. My home was respected by everyone that entered to work on my project. You can't have a project of my size and not hit a few bumps. Kal and team were especially attentive when we had a snag. “Tony and his sub-crews exceeded our expectations. That's an understatement - I would say that Tony goes above and beyond expectations. Contracting in general has been difficult at best due to COVID and the lack of consistent and timely supply, but Tony was actually very consistent in setting expectations. He set very clear parameters around pricing and budgetary numbers and we were in the range we expected even with quite a number of additional "high maintenance" home owner requests we had over the course of the renovation project - that included hard wood flooring, hard wood stairs and a complete high-end, gut-rehab master bathroom.I have already recommended Tony to a number of friends and family members and will continue to do so. Tony and his consistent, long-term crew became almost like family over the several month project due to their friendliness, timeliness, willingness to consult with us, understanding and compassion, etc.If you are considering a remodeling project or frankly anything within their wheelhouse - I would absolutely ask Tony for a quote. “Andrea was very helpful, sent me to a couple of Marble & Granite & Quartz warehouses to hand pick my granite slabs out for my new build. I found the slabs I liked they immediately pulled my slabs off the floor and marked them sold put my name on the backside of the slabs just to make sure I got the slabs I picked out I took a sharpie with me and put my own marks on them when they were delivered to the new build before they took them off the truck I looked for my secret marks lol and yes they were the same slabs I picked out. Installed them myself, I had owned and operated a tile marble and granite co for14yrs. I would recommend having them installed by a professional. Price was cheaper than anywhere else I went. This build was in 2018 and my granite looks like the day I installed it ?review written on 2/13/23“
“Wonderful experience! We had a flooding issue in our backyard and sunken brick pavers...our yard looked awful. Michigan sport court came in and lifted out all the sunken patio, raised our yard about 2 feet, regraded the yard to drain water away from the house, installed French drains, and coordinated with the company who put in the automatic sprinkler system in. The yard looks AMAZING!! I constantly get compliments and tell people all about our great experience with this company. 3 years later, best home Reno decision we’ve ever made!“
