If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The team at Timeless Portraits was phenomenal! Not only were they talented, they were supportive and kind, they provided a comfortable atmosphere that allowed my daughter to shine her brightest in every photograph. They were professional, accommodating and went above and beyond. I'd also like to mention that the studio is handicap accessible which allowed me (a wheelchair user) to move around without hinderance. Lastly the studio was clean and inviting. I could probably go on and on but if you're looking for a studio to capture you, your kids, or family in the best lightening please don't hesitate to contact them.
I recently won a photo experience with Timeless and could not have asked for a better experience. They had top notch communication leading up to our appointment to make sure we were prepared and had the same vision to get the outcome we were looking for. Our session revolved around hockey and most importantly my son’s late father’s hockey jersey. They were kind and professional made sure his emotions came first and treated everything with the utmost care. my daughter won the free session with 10 inch portraits in a raffle. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! They even got me to tear up to the amazing pictures during the slide show 🩷 Both Gabi's had my daughter cracking up during the photo shoot and made her feel like a true real fairy! We are definitely coming back in December for my daughters 7th birthday!
