Great! I ordered online for a pick up and was able to do day on the date and time I requested. The flowers are beautiful and as asked. Only downside was that I wish there were boxes for special requests/specifics on each item when ordering. I had to wait to add to the delivery description the flower colors which really seemed out of place; and since I was picking up the flowers in person I wasn’t sure the florist would see the notes. Yet, in the end, all is well!

Kim is creative, professional and highly talented florist. Preparing the flowers for my father’s funeral was simple. She asked questions we didn’t think to ask. With a short conversation, she went above and beyond our expectations. The arrangements were gorgeous and full of the brightly colored flowers and variety that represented my dad, who was a lifelong gardener. I highly recommend, Kim and the Jordan Lake Florals staff for any occasion. You will be extremely pleased and have beautiful flowers you can enjoy long past your event.

I ordered the arrangement over the phone. I told the florist a little about Charles Ost and she did a wonderful job with the arrangement. It was so fitting and just matched him. Thank you so much for taking the time and listening.
