Tom was great…so knowledgeable and explained the cleaning process as he was performing. Because of Tom…we will be calling to have your company install our water heater soon as we are ready for one. I’m also very impressed with your receptionist; she worked us into a busy schedule when I explained needing mini splits cleaned before bringing my husband home from the hospital. I will tell all family and friends to call you when your service is needed. ?
Excellent customer service from my initial contact for scheduling throughout service delivery and afterward for follow-up. I especially appreciated the technician taking time to provide information about preventative maintenance, as well as for the requested service. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant to work with, as were those with whom I interacted via telephone to their offices.
The only company we could get to come out for an emergency look at our AC unit. We were 50 minutes away and it was 9pm by the time the tech was able to get here, but it didn’t seem like a bother or hassle at all. Jackson was incredibly nice and honest, and it was a quick fix. Won’t even try to call anyone else in the future!
