Very responsive with getting an appointment scheduled. Kevin M was quick to identify and resolve our AC problem. He did a great job presenting other services offered without making it a high pressure sales pitch. Would recommend to a friend.

Happy with response time and persistence in making our repair as soon as possible. Repair techs were personable, informative and thorough. I still have not received the two invoices and work notes via email so I’d like to see a better response there.Service: Heating system repair

The most recent service was for a non-functioning water heater. I have used Aire Serv for years for servicing my propane furnace. Since I have been very happy with their service on my furnace, so they were the first I called when the water heater decided to stop heating the other day. I have found their employees to be very friendly, and knowledgeable, and have come to trust them with my home.
