“Just when I thought “customer service” was dead. My drivers mirror covering came loose after hitting a bird. After spending a few hours trying to fix it myself I thought I better try a professional. I thought I would have to set up an appointment and Abbi at the front desk asked if I could wait a few minutes she would get someone to see what they could do. Paul came out and spent 20 minutes with me and got it put back together. Made my day.
