When I first went to the Kingsley location for Crystal Lake Clinic, everything was fine. Dr. Ana Cox was very nice and helpful whenever I had an appointment. But as time went on (and Dr. Cox had moved away), I began to notice a shift in attitude with some of the staff, especially the Receptionists. The receptionists are rude when they answer calls or when you walk-in; their tones are not friendly at all. The facility also apparently did not document the proper amount of my prescription for medication and I had to show physical proof of my dosage multiple times in order for it to get corrected. The doctors here are so great. They give you the utmost respect and privacy, try to get you in immediately, and make going to the doc not so bad. I've been coming here for years now and haven't had an unpleasant experience yet. If your looking for first rate service and shipping for a new doctor, check out Crystal Lake!
