Evolve is the gem of keego harbor. I started coming here brand new to yoga. They have a really good deal $35 for two weeks unlimited for new people. It gives you a chance to try lots of different classes. The studio offers classes from beginners to advanced. Cinda guides the class beautifully with meditation and physical advice for the body, and the mind! ?✨️?♀️

I recommend Cinda’s yoga classes to everyone! When I was diagnosed with MS, it rattled my world. My body was not cooperating with me and my sense of identity was deeply bruised. I’ve been attending Cinda’s classes for almost 2 years now, and my mind-body connection is so much stronger, even my neurologist is impressed at how improved my balance has become. I love how each yoga class incorporates setting intentions, and being mindful of our own body & emotions, as well as the world around us. Each visit to Evolve Yoga is a great pick-me-up spiritually and physically.
