Didn't actually visit Roese Pipeline, but spoke with Dan, the gentleman in charge of the work that is going on in my little town in NE Indiana. People in my neighborhood were having trouble with the directions being given to drive through the construction. Dan was cordial and understanding of my frustration and obviously able to remedy the situation. Great appreciation for someone that takes the time to listen to constructive criticism and make changes.
My sub pump quit overnight. My basement was flooded pretty good. I called first thing this morning and had someone here within 20 minutes to replace my dead sub pump. It was quickly fixed! I was very impressed with the response time and the friendly guys who showed up. I will definitely call again when I need my plumbing redone later this year!
